PEPP Talk - Gender and Public Speaking skills

One of the advantages of being trans is that it gives us an amazing insight into gender differences. After I changed gender I noticed how much women in the UK tend to be less confident and assertive than men. That observation has led me to study how to help women to be more assertive by teaching them speaking skills. This video contains the edited highlights of a keynote presentation the topic which I hope you enjoy.
