Hi Gretchen. Thanks for the invite. That is very nice of you. It helps take the sting out of my not-so-good-day. Today I had my exit interview form the company I have worked with for the past 13+ years. I transitioned on the job 2 years ago with great support. Unfortunately, the poor economy took its toll on me and 50+ others. (>10% layoff). I'll take a look around this web site and try to fine out how to join. Thanks again! Stephanie

Workplace transition resources
Wow! - I am now officially out at work. I have new respect for HR professionals as well as my boss and VP. While this is just the end of the beginning - my initial feelings are a bit of relief, elation and a few "warm fuzzies". However, since this is "new" to all of them - I have been asked to lead them in this process. Thanks Jillian for all of your support and assistance!
