Hi Clair,

I recently viewed the documentary 'Red Without Blue' on Logo On Demand. What a touching story, I literally cried just to see what you and your brother went through. You are a hero to me. Hopefully we can meet soon.

Hello Clair,
It was such a sight to see you hard at work at the TransMarch SF 2009! You're really something else.

Thank you so much, Clair.

Sadly, I'm working on another project to save a great resource to the San Francisco transgender community. Due to budget cuts the Dept. of Public Health seeks to close the city's oldest transgender mental health program at Center for Special Problems. There is a way the program can be saved at very little expense. We just need to get the word out to DPH-CBHS, the Supes and the Mayor.

I've created a web page, with details of the closure and the plan to save it. There is also a draft letter and the names and addresses of the people who need to be contacted. If enough people make the small effort to cut-n-paste some emails, I think the Transgender Program can be saved. Any help you can give circulating the web page addy would be greatly appreciated.

All the Best,

Joanna

We'll definitely do something to celebrate your birthday!.. just don't tell me you're getting old.. because then, by default, that makes me.... a bit older ;-)

Ciao!

recently saw you on a podcast with Mila from TLC. This site is what's needed. Further, I would like to add, Roche Pharmaceuticals for whom I work for as a research scientist, is a great and accepting place to work for anyone and including transgender/transexual people. Hiring is very tight these days but, here is the link for all those with medical/biomedical and molecular research and engineering backgrounds. http://careers.roche.com
Keep up the good work.

Hi Claire thanks for being supportive, I actually found a new job as a network support associate as Lisa. I am so glad that I can just be me and do what I love. The only negative thing that could come up is my m marker on my license since I have not had the surgery as of yet. Do you have facebook?
