The Transgender Economic Empowerment Initiative (TEEI) in coordination with the Leadership and Mentoring Council, provides job seekers and newly placed employees with peer-based practical and emotional support combined with educational and social opportunities.

NEED A MENTOR? NO PROBLEM! We have mentors available that can support transgender job seekers enter a variety of fields from computer technology to the music industry! Just email us at clairf@sfcenter.org and we will find a match for you!

BECOME A MENTOR TODAY! Being a mentor is fun and rewarding! Not only will you have a chance to give back to your community, you will receive Leadership and Mentoring Training and gain access to community networking events. The time commitment is only one hour per month! You can meet at a coffee shop, have a conversation over the phone, or maintain a discussion over email.
